New Bewerley Community School

Our class is named after Isabella Bird, a remarkable British explorer who travelled the world at a time when few women had the opportunity to do so. Her spirit of adventure inspires us to be curious, courageous and eager to discover new things.

Our teacher is Mrs Walker and our teaching assistant is Mrs Kumari. Together, they create a nurturing and supportive learning environment where every child is encouraged to develop confidence, independence and a love of learning.

In 2 Bird, we believe that mistakes help us learn and grow. We are proud to develop our Growth Mindset, challenge ourselves and celebrate our successes along the way.

Our teacher is Miss Goodall and our teaching assistant is Mrs Mahmood. Together, they encourage us to become resilient learners, helping every child to reach their full potential both academically and personally.

In 2 Murray, we nurture children to become lifelong learners and prepare them for bright and ambitious futures. We are looking forward to an exciting year as we continue to develop our Growth Mindset and embrace new challenges.
