Attendance Rewards
At New Bewerley, we are always striving to improve our attendance. We like to praise our children for their attendance, as well as improved attendance. We also offer incentives and competitions!
Daily Rewards
These include;
- 100% stickers for the class who have 100% attendance.
- Dojos for those classes who have 96% and above!
- Flash Rewards such as dojos, raffle tickets and extra time for playtime/lunchtimes for those who are in school.
- Verbal praise.
Weekly Rewards
- Certificates for the best attendance that week. The first class to 10 certificates will win a prize!
- Certificates for the most improved attendance, individually and classes.
Half Termly Rewards
- Most improved attendance - individually and classes.
- 96% and above attendance rewards.
- 100% certificates and badges.
- Thank you postcards for improved attendance.
Yearly Awards
- £5 vouchers for those with 96% and above attendance.
- £10 vouchers for those with 100% attendance for the year.
- Most improved attendance for those who were persistent absentees last year.
- Most improved attendance for those who have worked alongside the Attendance Team to improve their percentage.
Incentives and Competitions
As well as rewards, we also promote competitions throughout the year. This can include winning a breakfast hamper, hot chocolate and cookies with the Headteacher, extra playtimes for their class and more!
